weight
i juz gotta infrom muaythai readers , IF im still like 52-53kg on the weighing day itself im not gonna fight casue i approached my coach , friends, they all agree that droping from 53.6kg - 50kg is like not possible so its abit shaky though , who can tell me if cutting down on dinner lunch will helped in dropping my weight ? im really desperate to getting to 50kg asap ! my mind has not been able to concentrate on 1 thing properly casue im starting to nervous .. but i cannot nervous casue she dint allow me too -.- haha been studing his fight like a few months ago at hockeyvillage LOL . And 1 thing that i juz realise that i dint see him fighting so many months..And dint see him watching any fights too , that reali make my mind go question mark question mark and more question mark ! anyways thats for all for now , i needa prepare my stuff and get heading down to my gym later.
