Training~

i've been training at a new gym currently cause my coach make a trip to thailand for some big events, went to a new gym called ***** the training there was a HELL lot different well need to adept asap . Day 1 struggling through the 2hrs of training . Nxt day ended myself with aches haha. Day 2 Headed down *****at 6.30 reach there bout 6.45 when i reach there i forget to bring my handwrap!! Then i used the gyms hand wrap its was wet man lesson taught ~
